  • A welfare check - check water, condition of pet (anything concerning will be communicated immediately) for ALL bookings, toilet accidents cleaned to best of ability, towel dried in wet weather

  • Walk &/or Visit (as agreed dependent on your dogs requirements)

  • Dogs meals and medication given, if necessary

  • Water topped up, any accidents cleaned to the best of the ability with the materials (provided by the owner), and poo disposed of

  • In the unlikely event a dog has been lost/stolen- all reasonable efforts will be made to prevent and locate the dog(s) but all subsequent costs (such as rewards) and searches are the responsibility of the owner - of course all possible will be done to prevent this from happening!

What is expected of the owner:

For the dogs-

  • Lead(s)

  • Harness(es) - required to secure dog during transport to walk destination, otherwise they will be unable to join a paired walk and this may be deemed as a late cancellation

  • Provide food and treats (if special diet preference)

Last minute bookings (made within 2-weeks of required dog service):

All reasonable efforts will be made to accomodate the booking, however, due to the nature of the business and timing, there may be less flexibility and the walk may have to fit around other booked commitments. These will be disclosed upfront and it is up to the client to agree to go ahead inclusive of these, or not book.

Note:

Each 'booked time' has a 30min window either side to allow for traffic, weather conditions, and dog-related delays. Every effort will be made to ensure the booking is kept within this window. The client will be informed/updated if the arrival/drop off time will fall outside of the window.

As an experienced, DBS checked and Dog First Aid trained dog walker and sitter - the care and services outlined above will be provided, however, as a walker/sitter isn't a dog trainer or behaviourist, pre-existing behavioural issues will not be addressed.

Photos / videos of dog(s) may be shared on Social Media platforms. Please inform if you wish for the dog's name to be withheld. Owner's home location/privacy will be protected.
